Welcome to Spring 1

This is your fridge letter for Spring 1 with all of the important dates you need to know. We will do our best not to change any of these. Please print it off and stick it to your fridge!

Important Dates Plan Ahead

  • Back to school — Welcome back everyone!

  • After school clubs to begin — Please keep an eye out for club sign-up for Spring term. The clubs will then begin from the 19th January.

  • Library for Jellyfish Class — Please ensure your child brings in a coat.

  • No Pens day — This is an amazing day where we put our pens down and focus on the important skills of talking, listening and interacting with classmates and staff.

  • Year 3 Open Classroom — Your child would love to share their French and Literacy book with you at the end of the day.
  • Geography Fieldwork — Please ensure your child has a waterproof coat. We will be exploring our local area in the afternoon.

  • Online Safety Day Tuesday — We will be running an online safety day so that we can focus on how to keep safe and be responsible when we go online.

PE Information

Immortal Jellyfish: Tuesdays and Wednesdays (both outdoor)

Mimic Octopus: Tuesday and Thursday (both outdoor)

Note: Leggings or joggers are advisable as both PE sessions are outdoors.

  • Trainers needed.
  • Long hair tied back.
  • No jewellery.
